For digital products (aka ebooks):
Purchases made which are available for immediate download cannot be canceled and will not be refunded. Only purchases that have been pre-ordered may be subject to cancellation.If you have encountered a problem with your ebook or would like to cancel a pre-order, please Contact Us about your Book Order and include your order number.
For physical products:
Our printed products are done as Print on Demand. This means that once the order is placed we are unable to cancel it unless any changes are provided before 10.00 am EST on the day after you place your order.
Refunds:
Because of our POD model, we do not offer refunds, however, if you discover an issue with your book within the first (30) days please Contact Us about your Book Order and include photos of the issue and your order number. We will get a new copy of your book sent out to you. If you have any questions about the above or anything regarding your order please Contact Us.
