Between her father’s death, a cheating fiancé, a clunker of a car, and balancing her time as a full-time college student and waitress, Dorothy has a hell of a lot on her plate. When a tornado rolls through Kansas, she is swept away to a desolate world very unlike her own. The irony of the situation is not entirely lost on her.
