As Gabby and Maddox make their way from Florida to Ohio, experiencing snow for the first time, they decide to take matters into their own hands. They enlist the help of a friendly mall Santa to pass along their new address to the North Pole.
Meanwhile, at the North Pole, Ralph, the FMD team leader, works alongside Susie in the mailroom and Bob at the command center to ensure the siblings’ new location is updated on Santa’s list.
